hello I was locked out of my university account some time ago and set up a google email account. Everything worked fine for quite sometime but recently my iPad crashed and I was in big trouble. It appeared that my gmail account was “the recovery account” to my university account and it has taken a lot of time to get back my old university account which finally happened.
