No - locked out of this particular account on all devices

Yes. They don't help.

I got spammed two weeks ago and haven't been able to get into my account since. I have two other Gmail accounts that I can log into but that doesn't help me log into my primary account.

I don't know - that's the problem. I don't know how to find this information out.... The earliest email I have tracked down is Feb. 2012 but I'm sure it's earlier than that.

Okay, I also have tried that may be you don't remember the month and the year on which it is created that could be the reason that we are not able to recover the account.
