Andy- I am an aol customer, and have been for years- recently I asked them to stop making a charge for my subscription by which I was (I thought) permitted to used the tech support service- yet I thought I could still use the e-mail service. But now they "seem to be having trouble loading my incoming mail" Is aol now no longer available to me?
