I was persuaded yesterday...

I was persuaded yesterday to remove me email from my account I've had since I bought this "WOW" computer. My life was on that email!! Pics, business contacts, etc. Why did I need to change? I feel like the tech support I pay every month should have tried harder.

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

It was and always had been gmail. Now it's mail.com. Please help me.

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Gmail? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Web browser, I think. I'm ignorant of so much email lingo.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I only called my tech support and they supposedly helped me. My opinion, they too didn't know what to do.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

All I can say is, I'm ready to cry.
