My outlook is not...

My outlook is not working-I keep getting a pop-up box asking me for inbound and outbound server password--I don't remember the outbound password--help

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your Outlook account on any other devices?

No

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

Not on the outlook mail acct-I called at&t and they say they do not help with outlook problems-I can sign in to my at&t account-so they can't help me

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

I keep getting this pop up box and I have not been able to send an e-mail and have not received any e-mails since very early this a.m.
