Years ago I had the email address as***@******.***. My new email address is***@******.***. The two logons are causing a lot of problems. Could you please check it. I use Outlook and get msgs all the time to correct email

Technician's Assistant: Is your Outlook file saved to cloud storage services like Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive?

I don't think so. As you see I am a novice at this, but sure do like to be able to get email. We have had to sync some messages that came to the old address.
