My email has not...

My email has not been updated on computer for weeks and on cell phone since 12-14. It says I needed update password ***** some things are out of date.

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?

No, just cell phone and computer.

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

I have tried resetting and I keep getting a message that username or password ***** not right.

No, except how do I do it? I have used same user and password ***** years and suddenly I go in circles trying to fix it.
