I was on line with a tech company this afternoon, and the incorrectly change my email address. How can I correct this?

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Please answer my question!!!

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

WHY can you not answer my QUESTION?????

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I was trying to log in to my email, but then found out that my email address had been incorrectly entered by the tech company. No wonder is was NOT accepting the password ***** I tried to enter!

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

Just get me back to my correct email address>
