I have been locked out of my gmail accounts. I get to a page that says "help us secure your account" or something like that and I can't get beyond it.

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your Gmail account on any other devices?

Not at the moment.

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

Yes, unfortunately the phone is a magic jack number and can't receive text messages. The email is a yahoo email, which I'm also locked out of at the moment.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

I have 2 gmail accounts and one Yahoo account. I presently can't access any of them.
