My wife and I...

My wife and I share one verizon email account through Outlook on two separate computers. Hers is still working fine; mine stopped receiving or sending emails. I need help.

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking Outlook from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

The connection is sometimes weak but everything else is working on my computer and my wife's is okay. The email account I need help with is thru Outlook.

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

Nothing new was added since it's stopped working. My gmail account works fine.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?
