Ok, close outlook

Click start, (the windows icon in the bottom left) then type in control and click on control panel.

then click on programs, uninstall a program.

Click on Office, change then repair.

Let this complete and when it has, try outlook again.

Let me know the results please

No I found Office did the chance and repair but I’m still getting a send/ receive error in the bottom right of my mailbox in outlook

I can get my email through AOL just not through Outlook

Close outlook, then click start, go to control panel.

Then enter Mail in the search top right and click and click on Mail

then show profiles in the window that opens

Then click on New

Add in a name, and then enter in your email details.

Add it and on the same screen, make sure it is set in the dropbox as the default profile.

Then open outlook and tell me if you can then send and receive.

Let me know the results please.
