ON 4 Dec. have spoken to arsufi2002, Email technician, was given direction how to block / create filter to stop offensive spam e-mails. to date have tried to follow his instructions but the e-mail's still coming - what am I doing wrong?

My e-mail is Gmail and provider is Google Chrome.
I still receive offensive e-mails.

The remote Desktop session would be fine but not today. I will call you over next few days to arrange time for remote conference. Last time on 4th Dec. I did it with arsufi2002 and did paid for it but the mater was not resolved then.
