All of a sudden...

All of a sudden I get an error message saying that my user and password ***** not match when I try to down load email.

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?

Yes

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

Perhaps a phone number. I called my internet provider, Cox, and was given a new temporary password ***** I used so that I could access my email on my iPhone, which I could, but I can't send from the iPhone. Nor can I down load email on my desk top either.

Do you mean email provider is also COX? Do you mean you can access the email from the computer but not on iPhone (at least can't send from iPhone)?
