I'm having issues with...

I'm having issues with my emails - we have recently switched from***@******.*** to***@******.***. But since Wednesday no emails have come into that new account and it says its is temporarilyh suspended.

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Outlook, but we also have a gmail account open as well. The redirection from vodafone was going to the outlook one.

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Gmail? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I've used a technician to try and sort it But the one I used on Monday is away on holiday and his boss has just tried this morning when I phone their company

No I can't...it asks for my mobile phone number to send a verification code to, but it wont do that either

It says 'usage limit exceeded, try again tomorrow' - but this is what it says every time, even if it is the first time I've tried in a day!

Do you mean you could receive the code, but the code didn't work after entering it via web?

No...it wont accept any mobile number that I type in and it won't send any codes
