Can you help me reset my Outlook 2016 password? Thanks!

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your Outlook account on any other devices?

No- only my desktop.

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

I lost my passsword and have not been able to set a new one that Outlook accepts.

Thank you for writing back with that information. Are you still able to access your ATT email account using a web browser? This is also where you can reset the password ***** you forgotten it, not it Outlook 2016.
