I can not get my email, I get a message that your IMAP

I can not get...

I can not get my email, I get a message that your IMAP server want's to alert you that your mail service license is missing or expered

Technician's Assistant: How's your internet connection? Are you checking your email from a browser or a mail client (e.g. Outlook)?

I can get it fine with google mail. I can not get it with Outlook

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

Don't know how to check that. It was working up until a week ago.

  2. Restart outlook
  3. Select Send and receive all
