I recently moved house...

I recently moved house and changed from Optus to NBN. I now have a problem with receiving incoming emails. It all worked well for a couple of weeks but now says "receiving 1 out of 5 emails" but the emails don't come through. Have contacted Telstra but they say it is a Incredimail 2.5 problem. Can you help me please?

Do you mean nothing changed in settings of Inredimail including software version and email configuration, just location has been changed, but it stops working now? If yes, can I know the email address please? Just telling the email provider is fine. Thanks.

I have changed some of the account settings in the last couple of days - after it stopped working - in the hope I would fix it, but it didn't work. It is OK to securely connect providing I don't have to pay extra for it.
