Morning, I've had an account with Hotmail.com for several years. Over the past few years I've been seeing another person with the same sign in as mine, only difference is he is using capital letters. I've been told this should have occurred, have I been told correctly? If yeas what can or should I do?

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Hotmail? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

On my laptop, I'm an old man with very little computer knowledge.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I do not know how to troubleshoot any issue.

Sorry – we can't read that file. Please try another format: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, zip, rar, pdf, doc, xls, ppt, docx, xlsx, swf, flv, fla, or wmv. These is the message I got after saving a print out of just one new emails I just received. I do not know what to do at this point. Is you line secure to the point that giving you my password ***** allowing you accuse to my PC I will not regret doing so?
