One hour after 7.35...

One hour after 7.35 pm. No phone call. I cannot access my emails as a square comes up asking for user name and password. Nothing work and I think she, the technician named Yelden, was going to sort that. My problem had been no internet connection through my Modem for 3 days!!!!. I have already had two x 45 min talks to to young guys over two days, the last one putting me onto your specialist - she did well, until the point of sorting my user name and password ***** she was dealing with. I cannot get into my emails. I am getting cranky. I've already agreed to the $120 cost without a correct result.

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?

No - well I do have a tablet, but that doesn't respond due to modem.

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

I think so - although the technicial asked me one about my mother which did not seem to match. Try me.

No thanks - just want to use my emails like any other normal cranky 76 year old dinosaur with an old computer!
