I'm still using my verizon email. I get my email on my cell phone and tablet but cannot send or receive using my laptop. I'm using Wi-Fi to connect and had to reconnect my laptop to the wireless router on Saturday. I'm getting error messages that say "none of the authentication methods supported by this client are supported by your server". Can you help?

Technician's Assistant: Are emails stuck in your outbox or are you receiving an error message?

I don't see an out box. I get the message when I send/receive.

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from sending mail?

OOPS, I found the out box. My two messages are sitting there.
