Since th 4th of December I have ben unable to send emails - I have turned off the power and still unable to send emails.

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

My email is Bigpond.

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Through my computer

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I have turned the power off and restarted my computer I'm a retiree and I need probably a technician to help

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

Everything else is working okay I can receive emails I can google I can go onto the Internet just not send emails Thank you since the 4th.
