When I send emails...

When I send emails on my new X it keeps asking me for my SMTP password ***** have no idea what password ***** is. I have tried all kinds of passwords but nothing works

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

On my computer it is aol

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

I just go to aol and write and send an email from my account

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I tried my password ***** get into aol but that does not seem to work. I have tried other passwords on various other things. nothing works. I have tried the 4 digit pasword on my iphone x

Are you able to login to your AOL account from your computer through the AOL website? mail.aol.com?

I know but are you getting into AOL by typing your password ***** is it set to automatically log you in?

I am not looking to spend more money I will just take it to the apple store in my neighborhood

You don't need to spend more.

The remote service option you see is automated, you can ignore it.

You can also take it to Apple store if you like and if you need my assistance, then i am here for you.
