Currently gmail.com

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Gmail? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Through web browser, but I cannot sign in because on the microsoft end, I am under earthlink, not gmail

So your earthlink was the one you registered with Microsoft and not your new Gmail. Is that correct?
