I was out of town for a week and had my computer shut off.

I was out of town for a week and had my computer shut off. Yesterday, I turned it back on and since then my rr account says "moving messages--75 of 134" and has been stuck on that for almost 24 hours.

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

I am under the impression it is a spectrum account. @neb.rr.com

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Phone Expert to know before I connect you?

I haven't been able to delete any of the messages that were spam, either.
