I have a email account with you for over ten years I was locked out of my account I have answered questions and had email saying that I have not passed the the owenership to open a new email address this is my email account I have lots of emails I need to pick up I do not want to open I new acccount I want my old one un blocked I cant understand why I have failed this I am so up set I have emails on that account from people who have now passed also I have train ticket confimation that I need to travel can you please help I am so upset my email is***@******.***

I answered the security questions which I know are correct the phone number is ***** old phone number so they can ot send a txt they asked me my old password ***** I know are correct he only thing I can think that I have answerd incorrect is they asked what was the last email I had to sent also what was the heading I don't use the account a lot to send emails I use it for booking of travel documents also my online banking is conneted so this is the only thing I can think I have failed on
