I can not send...

I can not send or get my e-mail unless I go onto my comcast account.

Technician's Assistant: Are emails stuck in your outbox or are you receiving an error message?

I guess they are stuck as there is no error message when I go to my e-mail. I do get an error message when I try to send an e-mail that saysI checked and it shows LOGIN to server smtp.comcast.net. failed but comcast and I checked my account with thunderbird and it shows that smtp comcast.net as my default server shows smtp. This happpened lasr week too so how can we fix it.

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from sending mail?

I don't know. I haven't added anything for weeks.

I have microsoft windows on my computer. I appreciate that you need to get paid but when I first called modxilla firefox the message said I HAD TO GIVE $5.00 but when I GAVE MY PAY PAL INFO THE PRICE HAD GONE TO $53.00 i DON'T WANT TO PAY THAT AS THEY SAID IT WOULD BE REIMBURSED so I will not pay an additional $39.00.

By the way the info on the screen said the $53.00 was to be reimbursed but the next screen made that seem doubtful. .
