I have just been dealing with a support person (Ravi) because we have forgotten our passwords. He gave us a password ***** connect to web mail now it does not work. we are unable to change our password ***** our security questions have long been forgotten because we never used this facility.

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?

Does the password ***** work for one attempt?

No Although when I give the answer to my first school it won't accept it
