I forgot my password...

I forgot my password. I've tried all the ways to recover it, but I can't. When I get to the place where you send me a code, the screen says it will go to ***************, but that's not my user name. I asked to send the code to another address. It was sent. I followed the instructions, but it sent me on the same loop as before. I just want a new password. Can you help?
