Hi, i am trying to get into my outlook .com account, but Microsoft will, not let me in, so I have

None, I have tried to open a new account with a completely new email address and password ***** microsoft are telling me it is already part of an existing domain, so I am getting a bit fed up with this now, also when I tried to sign in earlier it was teliing me that my phone number (+44) united kingdom didnt look right can you please sort it fom thankyou.

I wonder if you would be so kind as to refund the payment I made to you via PayPal please, I didn't realise you were going to take £40. 00 from my account as I misunderstood the fact that you were charge a fee,I thought I was dealing with Microsoft at the time,so I would appreciate it if you would please refund me as soon as possible please via PayPal thank you.
