I closed my yahoo account and opened a new g mail account ......I set up new address:

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Gmail? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Customer:***@******.*** so far I have not had any new mail come thru under that address? can you please send me a test msg so that I know it is working?? If you get a rejection please try***@******.***

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

None since I thought the best trouble shooting would be for you to send me a msg via that address
