I cannot access my...

I cannot access my email account or my Facebook account. I had access to both accounts until my laptop did a refresh, then re-started my laptop. Then I lost access.

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?

I am not sure. I got my HP laptop about 5 wks. ago, but I seem to be illiterate on how to fix things!! Help What is a device?

Sometimes, after I enter email and password, it tells me to re-try or most of time it says my email info or password ***** ***** correct. Like I said before, my laptop did an automatic refresh, but then it did a restart. I don't understand. When I tried to access my facebook or e-mail, it did not work. I had access to everything until automatic re-start. Please help
