We've currently changed our e-mail address over from clear.net to outlook.com. The first test on outlook.com allowed us to send & receive e-mails quite easily. However, once i'd closed out from Outlook.com and tried opening it again I received an error message. Please help!!

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Outlook? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Through a web browser on my laptop

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I haven't tried any trouble shooting as I personally prefer to speak/communicate with a technician

I can access Outlook via google, thats fine. But I cannot access if i click on the outlook icon. Also when we initially changed over to Outlook.com we could see the clear.net e-mails as well as the outlook.com e-mails on the same page. I can no longer see the outlook.com e-mail address
