It is telling me...

It is telling me I need to reset my password. When I attempt to do this, it tells me I have entered the incorrect password. It keeps taking me in circles.

Technician's Assistant: What exactly are you having trouble accessing?

My email.

Technician's Assistant: Are you logged into your email account on any other devices?

I can't. I get the same message on them. Supposedly I have to change my password ***** I accessed my email from those other devices. Since everyone on the planet has a smart phone, I don't see why this sends up red flags.

Technician's Assistant: Do you have security questions or a phone number on file to help reset your password?

Hotmail will not reset my password, since yesterday. laptop,
