We have two iPhones...

We have two iPhones, two iPads, one new tablet, and a MacBook air. All are synced. We only get email on the new tablet and the MacBook by choice. The problem is were receiving emails on both devices from two different sources

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

. One is from Centurylink web mail and thee other from the desktop on our two devices. we don't want Centurylink webmail. we want only the mail on our desk top. We are not able to send mail out. we get the message saying cannot send and have to put in the password ***** Centurylink. Centurylink has tried to reset the password ***** me with no success. They advised me to call apple. I called Apple

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

Care. they also couldn't. I was advised to update all the updates and that would solve my problem. It did not. I have called the local Mac Store to schedule a repair. The case number ***** me was: 100370316889. What should I do?
