I have two existing gmail accounts, but I can only find one

I have two existing gmail accounts, but I can only find one of them. I can find the old one under***@******.*** ,but I can't find the new one (the one I use) :***@******.***. This has happened because I refreshed my computer and had to set up Mozilla Thunderbird. I'm all mixed up now. Please help.

Customer: A web browser.

Customer: None. I don't know where the troubleshooting option is.
