I have a Gmail...

I have a Gmail acct for main e-mail and a G suite for our board and chair members for our nonprofit. We have a newsletter that goes out monthly for years. I have recently set up a new e-mail under G suite for***@******.***. The newsletter is being blocked from being sent from new acct. However, it still will go with our main acct***@******.***. What do I need to do?

Well, I did from my computer on gmail main acct but I need the Chair in charge of the newsletter to be able to send from her computer on the***@******.***. Why can't she do from her acct.
