Hi! i just reset...

Hi! i just reset mobile and rec'd a new gmail passwd and changed it. but it will not work. i am still shut out of my ph, which is a medical alert device as well.

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Gmail? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Thanks. for asking, pearl. i have been using the mobile for everything but now i will use comp for alot more. there is an access q now.
