Although I have over 10,000 emails on my server I can only see 5. I need to be able to see what I've saved when I go back online

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Through my laptop Mac browser. This doesn't happen with my iphone but I don't really use it for email

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

Looking through settings and checking and reading options on my Thunderbird account

How could you know you have more than 10k emails? That's why I guess you have access from a device. You just can't access your email on phone. Am I right? Please correct me, thanks.

It says I have them on the lower right. I erase the email on my phone often which I don’t do on my Mac laptop. Something else makes them inaccessible
