Try to log in to your Yahoo! email - present your password ***** it, or if not sure, just type in anything for the password.

Then, when you get the failure screen, click on the Forgot your password? or Reset your password link that should appear, and follow the procedure through, carefully, and you ought to get your password ***** or get it reset to another password ***** temporary use.

And you should be able to then log in, after waiting a minute or two (but not longer, since these passwords are often temporary) to your email account. And then in your email account, change your password ***** something else, to a password ***** will want to use semi-permanently (since these 'reset passwords' are often temporary in duration and usability too).
