Tried to convert comcast email to microsoft outlook 2007. worked initially and now getting error message cannot open default email

Just a few minutes ago

Installed office 2007 this morning

Went through the setup process for outlook and it was working. Tried to pin to task bar and then began receiving the cannot open error message.

Cannot open your default e-mail folders. The C:\Users\Kathy\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst cannot be opened
