I am unable to enter my gmail account on my laptop. The system keeps asking me for my password. When I enter it it says it not correct. When I click forgot password ***** receive the code, when I enter the code it takes me back to asking for my password. Frustrating!

Customer: I was logged in on my desk top and I can access it on my iPhone, but I also need access on my laptop.
