I started out with trying to find out "what is a device" such as a PC?, a laptop?, etc. because I wanted to install a meteorological app for Australia. I needed, and still need, a definition please. Oh, and it wasn't obvious with the previous live chat person how to reply. Couldn't write anything.

I suggest using something similar to what’s already in public domain on Wikipedia at https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Personal_computer and https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laptop. Please let me know if you’re looking for something more complicated for an answer and I’ll try again.
