Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Outlook? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

All, but the problem I'm having is when I try to access a link from an email using Outlook on a home PC.

I understand you had some questions about the pricing. I don't have information on the exact costs as I only answer the questions and the charges are handled through customer service. I believe an email question is about $47 I believe. I could give you the contact number to reach customer service if you would like to ask them.

If you are good with this, it didn't carry over if you had mentioned what is wrong with your email. Could you explain a little bit more?
