My Microsoft mail is not accepting new mail. The last mail I received was on November 27.

By striking the icon on my PC

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

None. I just tried to use Microsoft mail, but that doesn't work. Why should I need to troubleshoot. Just make your products work, please.
