I cannot open my...

I cannot open my mail from Windows Mail. It had worked fine for a long time then it gave me a message that it won't open and said to go to Windows Store. I did that and reinstalled it. It still gives me the same message.

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

My AT&T (sbcglobal) account is provided by Yahoo. I also have a Hotmail account.

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Yahoo? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

On my computer, I usually go through the Windows mail account. I had 3 email accounts on it. None of them open in that venue. I put them in my favorites and open them separately.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I haven't tried anything except reloading that program.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

I think that's all I need. I just would like to have it all back together in one spot. It worked fine that way.
