Hi Pearl...I cannot open my gmail. I have tried re-entering the required info', select "NEXT" and nothing happens.

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Gmail? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

Should preface all I say w/ the fact that I'm in my 70s and totally computer illiterate. So, I just turn on my computer, then select my gmail icon from a page of frequently used site icons.

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?
