I set up my...

I set up my new laptop with my email coming from Comcast Xfinity and am receiving emails OK but I can only reply to emails that I have received. I cannot initiate or originate new email I created one contact and tried to use it to send a new email to that person and it won't let it send. It keeps telling me to change or remove the address that is in the TO field.

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access Comcast? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

I do it on my old Dell desktop by going to My Xfinity.com

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

None. Should I be going to the same address via the web?
