My e-mail account seems...

My e-mail account seems to be frozen. I can not send or receive e-mails since I changed to Rogers. What can I do?

Technician's Assistant: Are emails stuck in your outbox or are you receiving an error message?

An e-mail is stuck in the outbox and I am not receiving any new e-mails. A message asked for my user name and password ***** has been the same since March 2016. The last mail received was Sat. Nov. 24

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from sending mail?

No antivirus or firewall settings have changed since I was getting mail

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Email Expert to know before I connect you?

I just changed my service from Bell to Rogers this morning, but bell was not working through Montgomery Village connection since last Sat.
