you can close the automated site popup its basically for more choices and options for our customer who prefer additional service like remote screen sharing and phone call assistance.

Also call to uk number :- 0800(###) ###-####during UK's business hours and ask them to reactivate your account if this has been deactivated. They deactivates account if account is not used for more than 90 days. They have other criteria as well.Let me know how it goes...
