I have just finished a security period and want to restore my original Live Mail contacts

Technician's Assistant: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

Technician's Assistant: How do you usually access your email? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

On a PC through a browser

Technician's Assistant: What troubleshooting have you tried?

I have reset my Microsoft account and at one point my contacts restored but soon disappeared again

No all other things seem to be Ok

I thought I was getting Microsoft help only to find out that there were considerable charges involved. My problem has since been fixed but I do not like the fact that the help is offered only to find out that it costs. Peter *******
